Only shows up on one of my desktops

Don’t know how it picked which one. Maybe the first place I opened it? Now every time I open it, regardless of which desktop I’m on, it opens on the same one. I installed this app because I didn’t want to have to move around between desktops to use the calculator, while the tab is a great idea, having to switch back and forth completely defeats the purpose.
